Terms of Service

By accessing or using any airvvaliex service, platform, or API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and airvvaliex Ltd.

airvvaliex provides global financial infrastructure services including cross-border payment processing, treasury management APIs, foreign exchange settlement, and compliance tooling for businesses. Services are provided 'as available' and subject to applicable regulatory approvals in each jurisdiction. airvvaliex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be a registered legal entity or an authorized representative of one to open an airvvaliex account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as required. airvvaliex may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account that fails to meet our verification or compliance requirements.

All payment instructions submitted through airvvaliex are irrevocable once confirmed and subject to the applicable fees set forth in your pricing agreement or on the airvvaliex pricing page. Fees are charged at the time of transaction and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

All users must complete airvvaliex's identity and business verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree not to use airvvaliex services to process transactions that violate any applicable law, sanction regime, or regulatory requirement. airvvaliex may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

All software, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and content made available through airvvaliex are the exclusive property of airvvaliex Ltd. and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services solely for your internal business purposes. No license to any intellectual property is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

You may not use airvvaliex services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions. Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or attempting to circumvent security controls is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

airvvaliex processes personal and business data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data and may request deletion subject to regulatory retention obligations.

airvvaliex services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our platform. Currency exchange rates and settlement times are estimates and may vary based on market and regulatory conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, airvvaliex's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall airvvaliex be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and settlement obligations. airvvaliex may terminate immediately upon breach of these Terms, fraud, or regulatory requirement. Upon termination, your right to access airvvaliex services ceases, and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For EU-based clients, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law remain applicable.

airvvaliex may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
